Heather and I are teaching a class at this year’s Costume College — an overview of women’s fashions during the 1830s. We’re doing lots of research, but I thought I’d also post here — anyone know of any great resources for this period (websites, books, etc.)? Has anyone used any of the major 1830s dress patterns (Past Patterns, Patterns of History, Truly Victorian)?
