| Costume College
Back from Costume College with loads of pictures! I had a FABULOUS time this year — primarily because I stayed at the hotel, which meant I met lots more people and saw lots of purdy costumes. The 1830’s class I co-taught went really well. The highlight was learning to make a capote (the fabric-crowned Regency hats) — the version I made in class is DEFINITELY a first try (machine sewed in not-enough-time), so I’ll be adding a new (hand-stitched, matching my green striped Regency dress) version to my list of upcoming projects. |

| Real Regency & Victorian Clothing
Contest time! I’m extending my Real Regency & Victorian Clothing directory to include 1750-1919. This is way too many eras to cram into one title, so help me come up with something catchy! Suggestions? |
