Europe Photos (and a Little FAQ Action)

I’ve also created a FAQ, which will probably be really boring to regular readers of this site but will hopefully answer some of the usual questions I get via email.
Parisian Fabric
Okay, so I’m slow about posting my pictures from my trip, but I thought I’d better photograph my fabric before I put it away into the stash! This is the pseudo-18th c. indienne cotton print that I picked up in Paris, which shall become a 1780s robe a l’anglaise with en fourreau back — one of these days.

Chicaaaaago
I’ll be in Chicago this weekend for a library conference. Does anyone know if there is any particularly good fabric shopping for the costumer with little spare time? Isn’t Vogue Fabrics (or something like that) supposed to be good?
