Oh, so that's where you have been..I was getting a little worried as to your whereabouts! (Am I getting a little too demanding here??)…..Love the corset and am not one to quibble about complete historical accuracy…for sanity's sake, I am all for bending the "rules".

Lovely! Would you mind sharing how long this took you? I'm needing a Renaissance corset and need some motivating because I have it in mind that it will take weeks to finish (though I know better).

lmcbeth – hmm. The pattern was based off my Nell Gwyn bodice, so that helped speed things up. I'd say it took me about 3-4 full days, but again the whole hand knotting of the threads was a huge reason why. I think I could have done it in 2 if I hadn't done that.
