Costumers Yard Sale pt. 3

Holy crap – I had no idea I had this much stuff to sell! Tons of patterns, tons of fabric (some yardage and some smaller pieces), jewelry, trim, ribbon, a few books, a wig, a battenberg lace parasol, some reticules, about 6 vintage dresses and 2 repros… all this plus the costumes I mentioned in my last post. Who knew? Now that I’ve gathered all this stuff up (which took me ALL DAY, plus pricing things – and I’m not even done), I really hope a lot of buyers show to cart away all this stuff.

  1. sheesh. me too. I just dug through my fabric bins and I haven’t even tackled the under-the-stairs boxes. Found a fair number of shoes, some vintage fur stoles, PVC fetish stuff, skirts… where’d it all come from??

  2. Peri – totally! I have soooo much room in my costume closet now (well, because it’s all hanging in the living room. My husband keeps muttering about making his way through the costume jungle…).

  3. So what are you going to do with things you don’t sell? Will there be a virtual garage sale post physical garage sale?
