  1. I marked spiralbound bec. it’s handy for laying out on a table while actually making something, but if that increases the price, it’s not a deal-breaker. I’m fine with the other option (hey, I’ve broken the binding on all my POF books & I don’t care!).

  2. I am looking forward very much to reading your book! I think it would sell even better, however, if there would be a bit more balance between gentlemen’s and ladies’ hairdos. Of course I am aware of the fact that ladies fashion changed more during the period, but I still think it would be lovely if there were a few more instructions for the gentlemen. I also would suspect that an average man has rather less experience of dressing hair in general and might actually need more guidance than an average lady!

  3. I hear you! My concern is that there won’t be as much of a market for men’s styles. If the book does well, though, maybe I’ll do a second edition with more men’s styles!

  4. I also missed your survey, and can’t wait to get your book! But I’m not a fan of spiral-bound as they tend not to last very long if much used.
